If I could give zero stars, I would. My friend and I took a car for a pre-purchase inspection at Automotive on Anzac, where the inspector (Jeff) managed to put the vehicle into 4 low and then couldn’t get it back into 4 high. After driving it back to the garage from wherever he got stuck in 4 low, he called us to report multiple issues and advised that the car was now stuck in 4 low, recommending it be towed for further assessment and repairs. Put Our pathfinder for a warranty Job To fix Aircon, I was busy with work so i sent my wife to get the car done, Quote went from $1800 to over $2500, Once they found out it was a warranty Job, after asking for the reason for the price difference, We got met with attitude and Rudeness. And the receptionist told my wife In short they don't need our business. Which is fine, our family including extended family was looking for a new mechanic. and it for sure wont be here.
very poor service, went in asking about sensor replacement and was meant with no interest at all about doing a small job. ask to speak to mechanic/owner and was told that is not possible as they are too busy to talk to me for even 5 min.
Friendly service, trustworthy mechanics and high quality repairs. They took the time to explain how they determined the problem with my car and told me how to prevent it in the future. I will definitely be coming back for preventative maintenance and general service on my car. Thank you!
