I took my vehicle for a full service today. Staff were very friendly and took a reasonable time. The mechanic took his time explaining everything to me and walked me under my car and pointed out what has been done and what I should keep in mind for future. He took extra time out to educate in simple terms of the work carried out and why. Could not recommend a workshop more than these guys. Service was fairly priced too.
I had a very disappointing experience with Automotive New Lynn and cannot recommend their services. I initially brought my car in due to a dashboard warning light related to the transmission, trusting this was an honest and reliable shop. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. After their inspection, they claimed the issue was resolved with a full transmission service and also advised me to replace the front lower suspension arm.
