My family and I were traveling on the thruway when our car started shaking. We were far away from home and needed immediate assistance. After calling about eight other mechanics, automotive medic was the only one willing to take us in and get us fixed up on the spot. They were a god send- gave my kids snacks while we waited, and were able to fix the problem that day so we could keep going on our trip. Highly recommend!
I ran into an extremely obscure issue with my car earlier this summer while visiting from out of town, and Steve spent hours trying to find the solution. I was so grateful to celebrate the win and thank Jamie and Steve, after everything was fixed at the end of the day. They're kind people who will go out of their way to help. Thank you.
