Had a great first experience here with excellent customer service. I had a minor accident to my 2025 Cupra Formentera just around the corner from this shop this morning. I called around to all the mechanics in the area and no one was available to look at my car today. I called this shop and Steven answered and was able to look at my car immediately. "I know for the fact you need a new ignition coil" Changed unncessessary parts for $500 and car still has the same issue and after all gave a word "not worth to repair" Changed spark plugs and an ignition coil for cylinder misfire. Poor diagnostic approach. This could have been saved by taking 5 minuted and simply swap the normal working plugs and ignition coils in cyc3 that works normal anc 4. My elderly father got talked into leaving his car here when he stopped for fuel; he walked all the way home to East Lindfield near Tryon Oval.. that is another story; there was nothing wrong with his car; the vehicle drove well and was regularly serviced about $3K later and claims that the manufacturer had lied about carrying out servicing it became our word against his.
