My truck broke down near Fredericksburg and was towed to This shop. They charged me $204 for diagnostic fee saying it would be removed if they worked in the truck. Mark ended up replacing the alternator and the starter, telling me he used genuine GM parts but actually installed rebuilt parts and charged me retail price for GM parts. The alternator failed two weeks later and my mechanic discovered they were also NOT even the correct parts! Mark reuses to return my phone calls, respond to emails or letter sent to them. I took 2 generators there several months to get checked out. They charged me a diagnostic fee for each of them when I dropped them off . However, instead of actually doing any work to diagnose any specific issues after they had them for a couple of days, they just told me that they each needed a complete tuneup to the tune of a couple of hundred dollars per generator. So, I picked them up and had them repaired at another shop for less than the “diagnostic fee”. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Went for an inspection and the office personnel were very friendly. The mechanic was very helpful and walked me through what was needed on my truck. They are very honest and upfront. Hard to find a shop lime this one.

They lied and said I had bad rotors, and my brake system was about to fail. They said it all had to be replaced ...I got a second opinion and they lied to me to try to charge me for services not needed. Maybe they need to remember not all woman will belive their lies.Dont be taken in by these crooks...Think for yourself.
