So I received a random call today from a place called sterling credit corporation stating ams sold my account to them and they needed to verify my information. I am very upset because I cannot reach anyone at AMS to discuss this matter nor did I receive notification. It’s almost like I’m redoing the process over and the lack of communication on AMS part I would never recommend anyone to them. AMS has been great. Ever since I purchased my vehicle last November, Ms Reid, my account manager, has went above and beyond! She’s always available when needed & tries her best to do what’s best for you & the company. If you have any questions ask for her you won’t be disappointed!
Milton is phenomenal! But you can’t call these folks without them getting an attitude . Prior to this review . I can actually say MS.Reid is phenomenal. She listens to your concerns and offers a solution . Has really changed my perspective so much .
