Sarina is an absolute darling, very caring and understanding. My uncle Ben Fraley has an account with AMS and he is going blind and Sarina is always kind and patient with him. She's really great, my uncle wanted me to do this review because she's always done right by him. 5 stars young lady!

I am giving Kay 5 stars. I had the pleasure of speaking with her 2 weeks ago for the first time. She was super friendly and accommodating. I appreciated Kay’s respectful and friendly demeanor.
So I received a random call today from a place called sterling credit corporation stating ams sold my account to them and they needed to verify my information. I am very upset because I cannot reach anyone at AMS to discuss this matter nor did I receive notification. It’s almost like I’m redoing the process over and the lack of communication on AMS part I would never recommend anyone to them.
