Milton is phenomenal! But you can’t call these folks without them getting an attitude . Answer the phone nasty , responds nasty . I hate communicating with them . I appreciate my car , but it’s ridiculous. No people skills at all .
speaking from both sides as someone who has been on time and late, this is the worst group of people to have an auto loan from, customer service you ask? Morbid….these people told a friend of mine that they could pay their payment on a specific date….not only did they put the car up for repo, one of the ladies closed the loan and didn’t allow them to pay after being less then a month late on a payment…these people act like the building is in another country with how reckless they speak….if you do get these people for a loan ... read more
I was a previous customer of theirs and I had good payment history for almost 2 years with them. Car was stolen, so when I was ready to get another one, I’ve been in contact with Melvin, I guess he works at the corporate office I’m not sure, and he’s been the one helping me along the way with getting a car. OK, I need to explain what happened better I have been dealing with this company for over seven years sometime. They’re OK but most of the time they’re not I’m really upset because I purchased a 2013 Jeep wrangler, it’s beautiful. I pay my payments on time I pay more than I supposed to.
