Contacted Nick Stevenson on 9/24/2025 after he visited my location offering services on lifts. He reviewed a lift of ours and stated he would get us an estimate. On 9/24 I followed up with Nick and got that he would get with the office. on 10/14 I followed up with Nick again and was told he would get with the office. Again on 10/21 same story. Now today on 11/13 hey guess what same story. Long story short look elsewhere if you want timely service and responsiveness.
they incorrectly installed our lift causing it to be inoperable after only two weeks of service. It took multiple service calls for them to determine that the posts were not square binding the motor. It took over a month for them to fix the problem leaving our the shop with no way to do alignments. there was no apology or assistance offered just general rudeness.
Chris the tech came out to the shop I work for community Cadillac GMC Chevrolet and fixed the lift I use every day. It was leaning with a car on it. Fixed it and didn't leave until he knew my safety wasn't going to be compromised by faulty lifts. Thanks Chris I give ya 10 out of 10 in my books.
