I have had 2 separate cars into automotive IQ for various reasons. On both occasions the communication was great, updated as things found, timelines etc, they were very thorough and pleasant to deal with.
Purchased a Ute from this company ‘motor great but few days later found many things to be wrong, including water logged in the bottom Cab Ute. Asked for a refund as I didn’t feel safe driving it and was told yes twice. Rang the next day but owner changed his mind. No help to fix the problems. In the end the owner was not a man of his word. Wow! What a gem! We had a collapsed bearing in the Land Rover fan and MUST get to Bruny Island in 3 days!! They repaired it and replaced the serpentine belt in 4 hours!! Cannot speak highly enough of Brad and his mechanics. Left them an extra $50 for morning tea tomorrow because they went above and beyond what I expected. Got us on the road in SUPER fast time. Thanks guys.
