Easy to book in and mentioned my requests and concerns all written into system. Great communication and after assessment of car and my requests phoned me to discuss what they found and what needed attention. Easy guys to chat to and didn’t at any stage make me feel like I didn’t know anything as a female. Not once tried to take me for a ride. Price for their time and effort was great. I was very impressed with the service at SSA, I had an issue with a DPF sensor showing high temps, took it into Ford and they wouldn’t do anything as I had an after market exhaust fitted, they wanted to charge me over $5500 dollars to replace the exhaust but didn’t know when they could do it as the parts were on back order. Contacted the guys at SSA and they diagnosed the problem one day and sourced and fitted a module to the exhaust the next.
