Had recently purchased a used vehicle which comes with a 1500 mile warranty with free of charge to me for a shop to check out any problems or issues. On the list was Automotive Innovations LLC. I gave them a call told them my concerns which I assumed were issues I’m not a mechanic. They were more then willing and informed me bring them the vehicle and they will see what’s going on. Service was awesome…they are friendly & professional, as well as explained the process for my car service clearly. They also accommodated my request for after hours pick up. One detail I really appreciate is the included photos, detailed findings, and easy-to-understand recommendations for future maintenance. It gave me confidence that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and helped me understand the next steps to keep my car running properly.
Great job! And wonderful people. Needed a few things repaired before a trip and they got it done so quickly. Great impressions and interactions. Definitely recommend!!!
