Automotive Gurus LLC is an absolute nightmare. I handed my car over to Berry on 7/27/24 after an accident, and he promised to fix it in 10 days. Five months later, I finally got it back—only to discover the horn didn’t work, the AC was shot, the rear seatbelt was unusable, and the SRS light was still on the dashboard. On top of that, Berry claimed he had done a proper state inspection (and slapped on a new sticker), but clearly didn’t even bother to fix the horn or replace the airbag module—both of which are major safety iss... read more
