The Good: - Can tackle difficult & challenging problems on dated machinery - Warrantied their work - Sharpened my blades and replaced my deck & drive belts for free as a courtesy The Bad: - Can’t always get a hold of on the phone - Shop had my mower for nearly 6 months, was forgotten about and other work regularly took priority
They have had my lawn mower - to warranty their previous work that broke after only an hour of use - for over five months. Nearly impossible to get ahold of on the phone, they rarely answer and their voicemail is always full so you can’t leave a message. Whenever I can get ahold of them, Brian always says “oh yeah we’re working on it right now” or “it’s up on the hoist right now, should be done next week” - only to never hear back until I call them over a month later to get the same response. We were in need of getting our 2 service vans caught up on some regular maintenance. We've used this business before with our small engine needs and personal vehicles as well. Bryan was able to take care of both vans and get them ready for the coming miles ahead. He even gave the vans a bath before we picked them up as well.
