Any place with customer service that starts "hello my friend" with a "oh nooooooo" when examining the damage that transcends language barriers is fine by me. From the time the fellow started working on my car to the time I paid was maybe 8 minutes total. They didn't have a used tire in my size available but that's fine since I don't exactly drive the most exciting of cars, but the price was exactly the same as my usual garage mechanic.
