Traveling through Colorado this summer we had the misfortune of breaking down in Monte Vista. We Googled a few auto repair business, made some calls. This shop seemed the most eager to help us out and provided us with two different towing service. After getting our vehicle to Automotive Experts, the owner was very thorough and explained to us the work that was need to get our car back on the road. This business has the fortunate circumstance of operating in the valley. Competition is sparse, but the conscientious consumer knows to shop around. I have done business with this company a couple years ago to have my brakes replaced. The work was done correctly, I have no qualms in the competency of the techs, however the experience as a whole was deprived by the owners lack of professionalism and aura of integrity. If you are thinking about getting work done on your vehicle--take it somewhere else. For work that was supposed to take 6 wks he took 7 mos and i still didn't have a running vehicle. He went back on the original agreement, left my windows down in inclement weather, lied about working on my car and told me he did work on my car that he won't put in writing. He is not a professional and doesn't keep his word.
