I brought my car in on Monday the week of Thanksgiving. Obviously a busy week so I didn't mind when they didn't call me until noon the next day and said they were just about to take it back and what were the issues. I told them it needed a "tune up" and was making a weird clicking noise on the right passenger side while driving. They called 4 hours later and, and I quote they "tore it apart top to bottom and didn't find anything except for it needs an oil change".
