Very thankful for Automotive Excellence! Was visiting Charleston when my car started to make a weird noise. These guys, and sweet girl, (sorry I’m terrible with names) got me in and taken care of same day with no appointment. Best birthday present was when they called to say they could have my car ready by end of day.
My car had an unexpected problem while I was visiting family in Mount Pleasant recently. Since AE had always treated me fairly when I lived there, I reached out and asked if they could expedite the repair so I could get back home. Understanding how busy they stay (due to all the five-star reviews), I knew this was a big ask. Johnny told me he would do his best and he did!
