I discovered Automotive Excellence back in 2017. I have a Mini Clubman and didn't want to go to the dealer because there were none close by. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I even recommended a friend who has a Jaguar and was very happy with his experience. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to Mini's and wouldn't go to the dealer now even if they were close by. I now have a 2023 Mini Clubman JCW and they are the only ones that touch my Mini!
Huge thanks to Shaun and the team at Automotive Excellence! They recently replaced the timing in my VW GTI and took care of a few other issues that had been bothering me. Shaun was upfront from the start, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find a shop this honest and thorough. My car is running better than ever, and I’m beyond grateful. I’ll absolutely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!
They wanted to charge me a $180 diagnostic fee and a $800 repair charge to fix my broken hood latch. Another shop right down the road did fixed it for $80. I would avoid this place. I never leave reviews but hopefully this stops atleast 1 person from being taken advantage of.
