Had them install a fuel pump on an older 4Runner to fix an issue with my gas gauge. Quoted me below market pricing for the fix. BUT the issue was not resolved with a new fuel pump. Instead of paying for the fuel pump and providing pricing for the further work needed, they charged me ZERO DOLLARS. 4 hours of labor and a $400 fuel pump.. for free. My jaw was on the floor. First time trying this place b/c of so many people saying great things & they're 100% correct. Family owned, honest, kind. Every single person here was so nice. They were running behind but apologized. Would much rather wait & have it done right and that’s exactly what they did. No selling me on stuff I don’t need, just good honest people who do great work! What began as the routine replacement of my 2013 Ford Explorer's internal water pump evolved into an unexpected, complex and difficult repair due to defective Ford parts and lousy Ford engine design. It took 3 separate entries into the engine to properly solve the secondary problem with the overhead camshaft's phasers, solenoids and oil lubrication housings.
