We were in from out of town and had what we thought was a major issue. AE could have taken advantage of us but they were VERY honest and fixed a simple issue and got us on our way with extremely fair pricing. Couldn't recommend them enough.
Solid People! Great Mechanics! Awesome Customer Service! We were at the end of our vacation with an issue that needed fixed before the drive back home. Time was an issue, but these guys got our Pilot in quickly and got us fixed up. Great communication throughout the process, as well. Truly appreciative of the crew at Automotive Excellence!
We were visiting the area and my car was suddenly acting strange. They managed to squeeze me in on a Friday afternoon and get back with me pretty quickly on an answer. It turned out to be a tire issue which they couldn't fix for me (got fixed elsewhere, also the same day), but they were so kind to squeeze me in and do that diagnostic. I was super appreciative of them making it so our vacation wasn't completely derailed.

I go to the Automotive Excellence shop on Ben Sawyer across from H Teeter. I gave 5 stars but if I could give 100 stars I would. They turned a not so good event for me into a good experience. They most definitely stick by their work! This is the first shop I’ve trusted. Thank you Joseph.
