Price for the repair I got done was above the high end for cost range. Additionally, they refused to accept more than one applicable coupon (one for repair cost, one for oil change) despite there being zero mention of this on the mailer coupons they send. If you’re gonna have exclusions, it’s unethical to not mention them until after the work is done. Ultimately felt more like a shakedown than a repair service. At least the repair was adequate.
Nobody ever wants to go to the mechanic, especially in my situation where I needed emergency repairs after my radiator blew on i70. This shop was wonderful to work with! They provided an estimate within hours, explained everything very thoroughly and took the time to make sure my car was safe and drivable. They were even willing to discuss the repairs with my mechanic back at home to make sure we were all on the same page and I was making informed decisions. I can’t recommend them enough!

Had a wheel bearing replaced on a Nissan titan. Reasonably priced, the office was easy to work with and they got it done quick. I will use them for my future repairs.
