He offered too rebuild a long block for my slightly modified 2000 7.3 PSD. It took a few days longer than discussed, but no initial concern, I thought he reused the oem block and heads. Once I got the truck back and unwrapped the long block, not my original engine, and the heads still had the old injector cups installed. When questioned, he said they were fine. Mike Baldridge/Automotive Engineering is a scam. Took My Cummins to him for a rebuild, and he tried to keep some of my performance parts. Head was improperly assembled and not torqued. He agreed to Credit card transaction, but changed to cash/check once the engine was in my truck. Faced his hired muscle and swapped some money at the bank, wrote him a check which he cashed that day at Money Tree. 12-26-14 CAUTION!!!! WARNING!!!!........find another shop! I had my F-250 towed to his location, said he would cover the towing. After 2 weeks It was not done and he said he was waiting on parts. After 4 weeks I called , He said ready next week. After week 5 I never got a return call on 2 separate calls. I called a tow company to have my vehicle taken to another shop. I took my 98 Chevy Tahoe to mike to get my engine rebuilt. Every week when I actually got a hold of him, he told me it would be ready in a few days. Coming up on 6 weeks today 11/26/14. I finally decided to go pay him a visit. I get there and he still hasn't touched my tahoe. It was parked on the street unlocked because he lost my key. I do not recommend this guys he did the same thing to me my truck is being there for like two months and he is saying will be ready next day and nothing he is waste of time dont let this guy do your motor I ask for my money back and he refused to give me my money he still have my truck there I will go nest week (monday 17 November) and I will bring cops with me

On 5/10/2014 I took my White Dodge Ram 2500 (2005) into Automotive Engineering and was given an estimated time frame of 2 weeks for completion and paid $7,000 up front. Their job was to re-build the engine, put new fuel injectors in it and repair the AC. I have called and visited the shop multiple times with no progress each visit or phone call guaranteeing my truck would be ready in 2 weeks.
