Andrea and the crew have done a fantastic job with both vehicles we’ve taken to them! From seat foam replacement and covering rebuild (even matching 13 year old faded leather) to seat heaters and electronics, they’ve been awesome! Andrea’s courtesy and communication and the quickness and quality of the shops’s repairs have been great! Highly recommend!
I purchased a new F250 Black Widow and wanted additional upfits to include a steel bumper with lights, air horn, painted to match hard bed cover, bed rug, and Amp Research Power Step Extenders. They did a great job installing everything. They went out of their way to troubleshoot issues and returned my truck looking AMAZING! Both Joe and Chris, and the techs are fantastic to deal with and I HIGHLY recommend them for all of your truck needs!

So I ordered after market crossbars since I recently purchased my first kayak and thought I was capable of installing them myself…that’s when I realized this is people pay other people to install/fix stuff. But in all seriousness, I’m super glad I found Ideal because they were super fast at installing them! And I showed up about an hour and a half before they closed.
