Great business practices!!!!!!!
These guys(and gals) are truly amazing! I had come up to Grand Rapids to visit my lovely mother from Minneapolis and right when I arrived I noticed my fuel tank on my pickup truck was hanging down in the back. My tank support strap had broke apart! I was stressing out because it was Friday at about 11:30 am and I needed this fixed asap or I would be stranded here until next week. Great service and very professional. Highly recommend!
First off, I told them I needed them to change my starter & they charged me $75 to diagnose the fact I was right & needed a starter. Then my appointment was at 10 AM & they didn't get a 1 hour job done according to google, other mechanics, & common sense, yet they didn't get it done until 4:30. Yep, 6 1/2 hours. Then they charged me $275 for a $175 part across town at Autozone. These guys are rip offs at a nearly criminal level. I'll never go back there.
