I had a great experience with EFI Automotive. They were quick to diagnose and fix the issue with my car, and the price was very reasonable. The team seemed knowledgeable and clearly knew what they were doing. On top of that, they were professional, respectful, and easy to work with. I really appreciated the quality of service and will definitely be returning if I ever need work done on my car in the future. Highly recommended!
Took my car in with check engine light on and explained about missfire . told me to leave with them and they would sort it out. Rang me 3 days later and said cant find the problem. When I picked up the car, check engine light was still on and they had disconnected my gps/dash cam. Asked them why and was told they disconnect dash cams because of privacy issues. EXCELLENT!! I can't recommend EFI highly enough. An injector failed in my VW Polo—an uncommon car around this area—and they found a time to fit me in just after the holidays, took great care of the car, did an excellent job, and charged a very fair price. Not to mention, it turns out one of their team, Marty, is a VW specialist! Honest, good work, great service, knowledgeable—everything you want and so often can't find in a mechanic. Thanks again, guys!
I went there after being to 5 mechs none could fix the problem until I finally decide to go to them as last chance. David was my first contact and he was very kind and happy to explain everything.
