if i could give a Zero i would. they are rude. they say they will work with you but that's a lie. they have no room for emergencies or changes. i will never ever use them or refer any one to use them. go some where else if you can!!!

This company needs to learn to get their act together if I could this place would have a zero. I work for a school district and unfortunately when summer comes around payment get a little glitchy and aren't as regulated as normally I needed to reschedule a payment to the next pay period, and i even said that I would pay the full amount of both to get caught up on that next due date and simply said I was lying about my job situation and that I should pay it now. Just got a car loan with them thru a dealer wow biggest mistake, just learned don't pay your car payment early or you basically get penalized. So although my payment wasn't due yet I had the extra money I paid it, next one not due until July but now required to pay some pretty hefty interest if I wait until July welp I figure make good payments for 8 months and trade the vehicle get a different lender that's not trying to rob you.

ACC by far has the WORST customer service agents!!! I will NEVER EVER do business with them again... my car was totaled and PAID OFF and they still harass me and my husband... Debbie told me the reason I am with them is because I cant pay my bills...I told her the reason they CHOSE to finance us because they needed a pack of cigarettes! She sounds like she was smoking in the office. I HATE this company and have reported them to the BBB, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS if you want your sanity!

My van was being fixed after an accident and they harassed the body shop and the woman had the nerve to tell my husband he needed to get a second job and that I needed to get one. I am disabled and can't work. NO RESPECT WHAT SO EVER!!!! What kind of people is this company hiring that they think they should tell people how to run their lives? Should be on the worst customer service company ever!!

This is by far the worse company, I ever had finance me. I have paid off three cars. This company cuts your car off if your ten days late... I dont like living with limitations... I ask for three more days.. The person that manage my account said no... I told her I can PSU 300.00 and the rest in three days... Needless to say she said no and my car would be cut off.. They installed a device to cut your ignition off.... Where they do that at.. I only owed 68 dollars... How was I suppose to get to work to pay you.. This is life... read more

Do not work with customers My car was totaled from a hit and run accident. Thank God I did not get hurt. When I purchased the car it was a 2006 Ford Tarsus. Bought it used. My insurance comp paid $7,084 for the car. That left me with 2,134 bal. I have been paying ACC on the account for 5 mos and have not seen a difference in my balance.
