They do a wonderful job fixing small dents and paint mess ups.
Went to Augusta rd for estimate, estimate has Garson address, and this estimate was almost 500% more than a few months ago.Last time they also had records of my previous job they Did for me?(new management?)
Brought my 2024 4 runner for some touch up painting on the interior. The young man that worked on my vehicle (don’t recall his name but has dark brown hair -ear length) charged me $650 and did not attempt to fix the areas he missed. I pointed them out to him and his response was he worked really hard. I would have paid more if needed but his attitude was so bad I took my business else where. The owner Rochelle Roos is extremely rude and very arrogant. I have personally used their services a few times and have sent many people there over the years but apparently loyalty is not appreciated there anymore. As soon as Rochelle picks up the phone the problems begin. One of my friends that I sent there told me the same thing, he said try to avoid Rochelle at all cost. After asking if my friend brings their car there for a paintless dent removal on the only day that they do it, which is on Friday can they also schedule ... read more
