I bought a self install kit for a Mr12Volt for my Cayenne. Instructions were great, and when I needed some clarifications during the install Roman picked up my call at 9 AM on a Saturday morning. Within 30 seconds he explained the issue I was having and gave me the information that I needed to get around it. Everything works great, and the support from Roman was amazing.

I recently had Roman install the Mr. 12 Volt CarPlay unit to my PCM in my 2015 Panamera. Roman answered all of my initial questions very quickly (within hours, even during evenings) and set up an install date that worked well for both of us, as well as much sooner than I expected he could do. The install took only a few hours in the afternoon and was ready for pickup as planned. Once there, Roman explained the functionality, I was able to play for the install easily and I was on my way. I contacted ACS about getting CarPlay installed in my 991.1 Turbo. Roman got back to me very quickly and shared excellent product knowledge and an aptitude for Porsche. Pricing seemed extremely reasonable and he worked around my schedule on the install. Work was completed in a timely manner and things function as they should. Excellent work, will direct more people to ACS

I recently purchased the Mr12Volt Apple CarPlay module from ACS, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Roman takes the time to educate / explain things to his customers so that they can understand the significance of the work being done on their vehicle. He obviously cares about doing a good job because he knows that not only is it the right thing to do, but that it is good business… Highly recommended.
