I had a great experience with Automotive Concepts Collision Repair. They came and picked up my car fast and kept me updated every step of the way. Very easy to communicate with and truly cared about the process. I’m very happy with the service!
While I was out of town David sent my truck to Copart without my consent and when I was finally able to get my truck back after never agreeing to let it leave his shop half of my truck parts were sitting in the bed of my truck instead of being put back on the vehicle, many of the items from inside of my vehicle went missing, and there is now damage to the underside of my vehicle from being moved around at Copart with a forklift
I am very happy with the service at Automotive Concepts as it is A+/outstanding! My car came out like new after it was almost totaled. I was blown away by such a transformation. David took care of all my concerns and handled everything. Paid my deductible so nothing came out of my pocket. I was also surprised at how fast it was repaired to such perfection and detail. I’d recommend David at Automotive Concepts Body as an only option if you want top quality and satisfaction.
