The sunroof on my 2025 Sienna suddenly exploded. In a bind to get my Sienna back on the road due to some really big family events (wedding, memorial service, etc), I called Automotive Concepts. They ordered the glass that day and had it installed by early afternoon the next day. It was less than 24 hours from the accident to being back on the road. The team was friendly and efficient. I had Automotive Concepts replace my cloth seats in my 2019 Honda CRV, which were a light grey color. The interior of my Honda is a mix of grey & black, so I wanted black leather. They had my car done in one day! I love the work they did! They were polite & professional! Also, they were lower in price than another place I was going to go to. Happy customer & highly recommend them!
Estelle is extremely professional and was able to keep me calm when our camper front window was broken twice in transit from the vendor to their shop. On the third attempt the window was intact and promptly installed by Wade within two days. Although it took a few months, I am happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend them. Professional and experienced people.
