Over the last three year I have trusted the people at ACDC to take care of both my cars. I have never trusted a team more than ACDC, as a woman it can be hard to find a mechanic that won’t see you as nothing more than a pay check, this is not the case at ACDC. Refreshingly honest, and did what they said they would do! All works were clearly communicated and quoted ahead of time. I appreciated them fitting me in without waiting for months, and can see why the business has built such a dedicated customer base over decades. I have peace of mind knowing my car is in safe hands, and will be back for sure.

Rude and an outright bully ! First red flag was being asked to deposit money to his bank before the car was even looked at. Told us on the phone that if he can’t fix the Jag no one can, then after 4 weeks with the car at his garage ,he ended up not being able to fix it and extorting $1851 from us after abuse in the phone , wouldn’t take credit card payment and abused me like I was a scammer! Appalling. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. We have been frustrated with the costing in the past but the quality was fair, sadly our most recent service and experience was horrendous. 7 weeks of incompetence and ended with flat out bullying to pay for work the had not authorised or still clarified. 7 weeks, but overnight could remove the additional work we hadn't authorised? (Work which includes replacing spark plugs every SINGLE service!!! And they wonder why trust is an issue?). The initial guy we dealt with has always appeared nice... read more

Rude and difficult people. I called up for information about my vehicle, which ACDC had serviced for the previous owner (at great expense) and they refused to talk to me about the car without written consent from the prior owner. I asked if he could simply confirm if they had provided any other service aside from the one I had a receipt for, he refused.
