I've been using them for years and love them! They're inexpensive and do great work. I was nervous about trying them from what the place looks like but they've been great for me and my two vehicles for the past five years.
The staff treated my great,! I'm taking a trip in the next couple of weeks and the staff provided acurate info on my car and what truely needed to be done. Thank you all.
Unreliable and terrible customer service. It took 4 working days to diagnose the problem in my vehicle and for each of those days, I would call for an update and be told, "We'll call you right back." They never called-- I had to call THEM again and again, even after they did know what the problem was. When I approved the repairs to be done, I was told my vehicle would be finished by the end of the day. That was on a Thursday. I called that evening and was told it would be finished by 1pm Friday.
