This place is awesome. Unfortunately you don’t come here unless you’ve had an accident. In my case, I have a lot of kids who are drivers and the drivers are crazy around here so lots of opportunities to come here. Well, I'm having to update this review because my car got into another accident and of course I dragged it into Carstar because they did such an excellent job before. Unfortunately, now my car has sat at Carstar for a month and it has not been touched. I am deeply disappointed! I NEED MY CAR AND FOR IT TO BE FIXED!! This place is BEYOND amazing!!!! I am truly, truly impressed. I was awaiting those dreaded words "It's totaled" but NO! Carstar was able to fix all of the damage and the color match is spot on!!
CARSTAR was efficient, friendly and helpful in resolving my collision claim. I could ask for nothing more!
