Honestly I loved the communication and constant updates. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and cared for. I got great customer service from Patty and get service from Matthew. Gave me advice and support. Fixed my rear car door. Finished in a timely manner and gave me lots of updates. I constantly called and never once did I get any rude communication. Just wow! Being someone that has an inquisitive mind, I like to know everyone involved in the process. From the GM Brad, to the office manager Patty, welcomed with an attitude that truly made me feel at ease after such an unfortunate event transpired.
