Staff was friendly. Everyone was communicative about the status of my car. They explained the process well. They minimized the time I had to keep the car in the shop. The quality of work seems good, and they warranty everything. Overall it was a great experience.
Above and beyond service. Washed, vacuum interior including dog hair in back seat. Cleaned windows in and out plus cleaned all dust out. A definite perk that others may not do but bare minimum. A shout out to all employees at CS!!!
Great customer service. Friendly, helpful, and a stress free experience. This is my second time getting repairs done here (two separate incidents) and both times I’ve been very satisfied. Brad was great!
After a VERY frustrating waste of time at one of their competitors, Crash Champions, I was pleasantly surprised and blown away by my experience at CarStar Automotive.
