I wanted an estimate for repairs. John told me I would need to pay $150 cash for a quote for a private ( not insurance claim ) repair, refundable if I accepted the quote. I know everyone's costs are going up, but I've never before been asked to pay for a quote. If all smash repairers did this and I got three quotes, I'd be $300 out of pocket on top of the cost of repairs. So, I went elsewhere for quotes.
I was referred to the Automotive Collision Centre by my insurance company. They did a great repair, were very timely, and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend these guys!!
