Fred, Sam and the Auto Castle team in Troy are world class. Came here for first time two weeks ago. Great service. Great Price. Fast turn around. My fleet of 6 SuperDuties and I will never go anywhere else from here onwards.
Update: The owner’s reply is not truthful. They never mentioned bearings to me at any point. I only learned about the bearing issue from a Detroit mechanic three days ago. The tires they sold me were BOLD (BAD) and when I returned Friday, I was dismissed. Their reply does not match the real timeline or what actually happened. Update #2: After posting my review, the owner came to my workplace and left a business card. Very Bad service.. They are rude & sold me BOLD tires… they did NOT fix my problem.when I asked for a resolution the one gentleman was very aggressive. The boss was very dismissive.. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend
I have been coming to this place for well over 10 years now and keep coming back. Sam and Fred are great guys and I trust them immensly, which is very important when you are having your vehicle maintained. I continue to give them 5 stars and strongly recommend this business.
