I had an unexpected and loud exhaust issue pop up on my 2015 Chrysler 200 V6. I called Automotive Castle around 10:00 AM, described the symptoms, and they told me to bring it right in. Within 15 minutes of arriving, they had my car looked at and correctly diagnosed that a flex pipe had broken off. Sam at the front desk was fantastic.
