Pretty sure these guys are the reason I essentially had to scrap my car 5 months after they replaced the motor. Car had a lot of very strange things going on after. They also lied to me and said I didn't need to worry about the timing belt replacement because the new lower milage motor came with it's original belts and etc. Well apparently not because one of the pulley was seized. To start off was given a price before the work, then when they called and said it was ready, the price changed $220 bucks, I let it go. I went to pick my vehicle up and pull my truck out and it doesn't move, granted it wasn't something they did but they knew the transmission wasn't working(needed fluid from a leak) wouldn't you say to a customer hey we pulled your vehicle out of the bay and it was barely moving something is wrong with your transmission? so I had a couple of appointments with this company. The first appointment I scheduled was 2 weeks in advance. On the appointment day, i drove 1.5 hrs, came, and the check-in guy said they don't have an owner who can recalibrate the car. I went back home 1.5 hour drive with nothing done. The next appointment was really fine, but I expected to pay between $150-$250 they charged me $432 pretty much more than a honda dealer. anyways I was satisfied with the results.
