Dropped my vehicle off after Michael’s auto plaza recommended them to check out a coolant leak after having the vehicle for less than 30 days. Employee stated they would be able to get to it in 1-2 days, after the owner told me the a/c compressor was pulled and pressure test were preformed I went back to find out nothing was touched on the vehicle for over 3 weeks. Paid 1400$ for a water pump for my car .. unbeknownst to me, they did not replace it. Just had ny mechanic tell me it’s the original water pump in my car not a new one . I felt with Matt who was nice , but he’s not there anymore . Esteem pump starting leaking 4 months ago so whatever they did 1.5 ago just sealed it or something . I called and ripped by the shop with no call back to date .

Solid work done to my car. My car needed a new motor, these guys worked with the warranty company I have and they were able to get my car done in 2 days. Highly recommend!!!!

Pretty sure these guys are the reason I essentially had to scrap my car 5 months after they replaced the motor. Car had a lot of very strange things going on after. They also lied to me and said I didn't need to worry about the timing belt replacement because the new lower milage motor came with it's original belts and etc. Well apparently not because one of the pulley was seized. So instead of only having to really pay for parts and doing it while the engine was out. I was gonna have to pay another 1k to get it fixed. I als... read more
