Terrible customer service. I was trying to purchase one of their vehicles and reached out via email. No response. Tried to call the dealer, they hung up and said they'll call me later. Never called me. I followed up via text and asked for information about the car. He asks me for my SSN and a picture of my DL from his personal phone.
