I stopped in, Friday at 4:50 PM, as an out of towner.... pleading for AC help. Tony greeted me with a smile, had me pull in a bay and got me fixed up. I asked how much and he said don't worry about it. I pleaded with him to let me pay him and he finally did. This is an experience I won't forget and I'm very grateful that Tony is just a great human being. I'd give this place 10 stars. Small things, Huge impact. Thanks Tony!
I was towing a pickup that had engine problem therefore wouldn’t start. I was pulling it on a tow dolly and one of the tire straps to secure the vehicle to the dolly got loose and wrapped under the tire. I was on the road with my family (6 children) and no way of getting the strap out from the tire myself. I stopped at this shop hoping someone could help me. They not only helped me! They helped me right and away and wouldn’t accept payment. I cannot thank them enough for helping me and my family.
Tony and Roland were so helpful to me when my car broke down last week. They did everything to ensure that I got great customer service. They tested my car numerous times to make sure what exactly it was so I didn't pay for a part and labor I didn't really need. I encourage everyone to call them if they are stuck with a broken-down vehicle. Thank you Tony and Roland!
This was by far the best automotive shop we have been to! Our car broke down on the way to our family vacation. It started to break down about 2 minutes from this shop. By the grace of God we happened to spot the shop and decided to come in. These men had great customer service bringing our kids chairs, water's and a fan. Great affordable prices and service!! .So thankful!
