I went to the residence on time and knocked on the door. No one answered. I had the courtesy to give him a call not 4 minutes after my scheduled time and got the answering machine. Waited and called again, this time I got Ian. He said he had been there and the appointment was at 8.30. I was there at 8.30. No courtesy to make a phone call to me and very rude. Seemed a bit dodgy that you take your car to a house. Don't trust him
I Woke up to a radiator leak and called Automotive for a pressure test. (Sorry I'm terrible with names) He was booked for the day but managed to squeeze me in between jobs. Over 25 to 30 minutes he done the test, tightened a few loose hoses and bolts for me, had a good look over the radiator and everything else and then gave me advice on what i need to do and said not to worry about payment. Iain saved my life today.. Well, sure turned my luck around. I thought I had been sold a lemon but Iain ran a diagnostic and it turned out to be a minor thing. He gave me wise advice about how to maintain my van in the future to prevent engine failure. I almost never leave reviews but honest mechanics are as rare as unicorns and can make all the difference.
