Brody in Traralgon has been exceptional in my purchasing a car. He is honest, transparent, helpful and willing to go out of his way to accommodate you as best as he can. I've worked in retail my entire career including roles requiring me to hire staff and I wish I could've had more people like Brody apply because his customer service is the standard I wish was common
I don’t even know how people decide to put a 5 star rating in automotion the place is horrible even if you are looking for your first car, I bought a car for my girlfriend at automotion last year in may I’ve had the car for about a year and it’s only been on the road 2 months of owing it, we noticed it had transmission problems since we picked it up, we tried getting help with 2 MONTHS WARRANTY STILL ACTIVE!! Nice staff. Didn't discuss price negotiation at all. They put words in our mouth saying when we are serious about buying then they will talk about the price. We left and ended up buying a car from another dealer half an hour later. Sadly it was their loss. I was tired and not interested discussing. Further after that comment.
2nd car I've purchased from automotion an I've had great experiences both times. Jason was fantastic and I highly recommend seeing him if you're in the market for a new car 😊
Have dealt with Jason a couple of times and can’t speak highly enough. Extremely honest, and had so much time for you. Willing to accomodate in any way. Not enough Car dealers around like you Jason. Keep up the good work.
