Unorganized. I booked an appt to get my brakes fixed over the phone. They told me I could drop it off in the morning so that they could diagnose it and get the parts ordered for the same afternoon. They called me at 330 to tell me how much it would cost and that they wouldn't be able to fix it that day. We weren't able to find a new appt until the next month due to conflicting schedules. Its too good comparing to all the other car repair shops. The work was too good and my car was amazing. I would like specially mention the front end staffs, both of them were too good in managing all my stuffs.
