I went to view a car at AutomotionNI and whilst there spotted one that Ryan had just got in. He explained that he hadn’t had a chance to look it over properly but that he would fix any issues I found if I wanted to purchase it. Recently sold my car through Automotion NI and I can’t recommend this place and service enough! Ryan took care of everything from taking photos of the car to pre-sales prep. The attention to detail is next to none. When I’m ready to change, I will certainly be back!
Typical of the used car salesman clichés. Blessing we never bought the car we were travelling to see. If pre sales service is anything to go by, glad we didn't get to experience the after care (or lack of).
Recently purchased a stunning e92 335D from Automotion NI, Ryans level of honesty and professionalism throughout the sale is not something I have had before from any car dealer over the years and has certainly left me more than willing to consider any car within his inventory in future.
