They do good work. They find out what is wrong with your car and fix it. They gave a free estimate before they do the work so you can check elsewhere if you want but we always found their prices fair and comparable to other places.
Great Customer Service! After hitting an ice patch which caused my vehicle to slide sideways in a subdivision onto a large landscaping rock leaving it unable to shift or start, AAA towed my vehicle to Automobile Service of Bloomfield. I was leery based on the prior reviews, however was immediately put at ease from the first contact with Kay! She took all of the details down and promised a return call as soon as they had it diagnosed. Of COURSE there is a diagnostic fee (this is called business) however it was not 'out of sco... read more
Terrible service-do NOT use... I'm not sure who wrote the 1st review on this company but they are totally incorrect. This company charges $400+ to look at the car and then continues to add parts & labor charges for things that were not needed. If you complain, they insist they were not familiar with this type of car and as far as they were concerned, these parts are needed. After removing the car from this establishment and taking it to the dealer our concerns were confirmed. The dealer was able to fix the car in two days co... read more
