We had 2 cars recovered from this company and once we returned to customers the tires were switched which cost us 400 dollars each. I recommend this company run it's cameras back because they have employees that are stealing tires off recovered vehicle. Sad and unprofessional at best. Never again will I ever use this company.

Very professional company, my car was undamaged and the cashier (Grace) was warm and helpful. The security guard (Saldana) was friendly and accommodating, making sure we were warm while waiting for our vehicles (it was in the 30sF). There was a long wait because they were short-handed. I was worried after reading the negative reviews, but all went superb! Thank you so much!

THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!!! THERE ARE THIEVES AT THIS PLACE, I HONESTLY HATE WHEN PEOPLE CANT JUST WORK FOR THINGS THEY WANT TO TAKE FROM OTHERS. I WAS GOING TO GET THE THINGS OUT OF MY CAR WHEN I REALIZED ALOT OF MY PROPERTY WAS MISSING. I MADE A COMPLAINT TO THE M.O.D. HE TOLD ME THEY WOULD REVIEW THE BODYCAM FOOTAGE AND GET BACK TO ME. THANK YOU to the man that repossessed my car this morning knowingly right before Christmas so that even if I pay the fee I have to wait until Tuesday to get my car. As a single mother thank you for making my Christmas better for me and my family ! Also for not being able to take any phone calls or leave messages while you’re off for 4 days. How convenient you can tow cars 24/7 but your office is closed until Tuesday. Great service Merry Christmas 👍🏼
