I am absolutely disgusted. My car was repossesd. They told me I had 48 hrs to give the people my key, or else they would have to make a new key. I went down there within 48 hrs, the people in this place told me they already had a key. Okay whatever I'll pay the fee. Time to pick up the car, they can't get it to start, my key won't work and now they claim they never had a key. Will keep your belongings and hide behind an appointment screen! They will never book your appointment and will withhold your belongings until you get an approval they never send. Its highly illegal and immoral. Its theft of property regardless. Just because someone cannot afford their car note, doesnt mean they shouldnt receive their personal effects out of it.

We had 2 cars recovered from this company and once we returned to customers the tires were switched which cost us 400 dollars each. I recommend this company run it's cameras back because they have employees that are stealing tires off recovered vehicle. Sad and unprofessional at best. Never again will I ever use this company.
