Once again AAA has let me down. I have been a member for over 15 years. I had to use the service on a flat tire and battery assistance for an older vehicle. Now I will have to pay $100 for assistance even though I upgraded to plus. There’s always catch, customers always pay every year but when you need services you get screwed. And i still have a negative feelings when I had to sit on the side of the highway for over 3 hrs, with my disabled son in the vehicle with me while my 15 year old daughter was being rushed to the ER. ... read more
