HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! I used the DMV services in the Visalia office to do a title transfer on a vehicle thought everything went well. Three months later I get a call that the DMV kicked everything back because they forgot to get a signature. I was out of town when they called so they were supposed to mail me the documents and I would bring it into the office when I received it. What is going on in this office? I don’t want to go back there and sit at a desk and chit chat just to make a payment. So slow service. Let’s pay up front. We have other errands to run. Not to waste 20 minutes!
After being insured for four months, I get a letter that my policy is being cancelled . Avoid this place .
