Honestly over the phone AAA agents have always been very helpful. But when it comes to walking into a branch it’s a hit or miss. I was a t Fresno branch paying for my cars registration, I didn’t not have the registration with me at the time all I had was the license plate number. They had no issues helping me out at all I didn’t need no extra paperwork paid for everything all we needed to wait for was the 14 dollar registration fee to show paid on the dmv side which I guess takes a few days at time. They have the worst customer service and are no help with paying my insurance payment over the phone. Not at all professional.
Disappointed in AAA customer service. Stop in to talk to a agent give them my name and . Setting waiting more customers were coming in and after the last guy in line of about 10 customers. He wanted to talk to a agent to . So guess who they called in that last guy . I ask what was going on and was told my name was no longer on the list. I have been a loyal customer of AAA for 45 years plus and that's the way they treat a customer.
someone from aaa services almost hit me going the opposite direction on a one way street then proceeds to flip me off
