Extremely poor communication and customer service skills. Very aggressive tone. I understand that I was going late but I really didn't think it would take me more than 10 minutes to see the car and get an initial impression, I just wanted to see the exterior and make sure it looks fine. I would have gone back the next day to test drive it and bring the bank draft, if everything went well.
