Victor and this shop are absolute heroes!! I took my Tesla to four other accredited body shops before Victor almost immediately evaluated what I needed, adjusted the headlamps on the spot and provided an instant quote to do the job. None of the other shops could properly assess what I needed and actually declined to investigate further, even if I paid them for their time! I had my Mercedes repaired at AutoMind Richmond and was thoroughly impressed. Paula was incredibly warm, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. The estimate she provided was fair and honest, and the repair quality was excellent. It’s not easy to find such trustworthy and detail-oriented service these days. I truly appreciate everything Paula and her team did — they absolutely deserve to be recognized. Highly recommended!
Although the guys weren't able to help me out ,collision was deemed a write off. The guys were great trying their best to help me out.
I had such a wonderful experience with Automind Richmond, in particular dealing directly with Jason Pang the branch manager. They helped me navigate the continual hassles with ICBC, and when they finally were able to do the work, it was fast and extremely thorough. They even drove me to the car rental place where they had arranged a courtesy car for during my repairs, and went above and beyond to help me with another unrelated issue that came up while they had the vehicle.
