HORRIBLE QUALITY OF REPAIRS.. got charge $350 when returning my lease Polestar (Polestar team says they’ve done a terrible job… even the basic paint polishing was horribly done)
Jason Pang handled my session and I liked how he explained stuff in simple terms, no big speeches, just straight to the point and calm. Peggy Chen followed up on some details and she’s really organized, kept track of everything so I didn’t have to dig through my emails, which I appreciate. The whole thing felt fairly smooth, a bit of waiting but nothing annoying, and communication was clear enough for me.
Came in with a hit and run claim and Jason was super efficient and prompt with getting my car fixed. Really responsive with great customer service. Would highly recommend this shop!

I want to start with a preface that I'm a car guy, have a technical background, and detail-oriented.
