Peggy Chen was lovely to work with. Straightforward, quick to respond, and felt like she genuinely cared about the details I needed sorted. I liked how clear everything was—no awkward back-and-forth or feeling lost in the process, which honestly happens more than it should elsewhere. Just smooth, no fuss. No shiny extras or bells and whistles, but it felt solid and easy, which is all I wanted anyway.
