Had a significant oil leak that my mechanic attempted to fix. Fortunately, I was referred to Autometrics. Great service! A very experienced diagnostician who is experienced and very kind. Works with you to keep costs reasonable. Highly recommended.
My experience with Auto Metric has unfortunately been very disappointing. Shortly after purchasing an “as-is” car, we discovered the windshield wipers were not working. When we brought this up, the dealership helped fix this claimed they had purchased a new replacement part. However, we later learned that the specific fuse box module for the wipers cannot be bought new — instead, they sourced one from a junkyard and charged the price of a new part. My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to Dave for well over a decade. We have always received great service at a very fair price.
I will never go any other place!! After being painfully stressed all day about my motor, Dave fixed it and at an affordable price. I am so incredibly thankful, definitely give autometrics a try when in need!
Did a great job on installing a rear brake caliper. They adjusted the parking brake nice and tight so I just have to press the pedal slightly and it fully engages. Helps a lot as I have a steep driveway. Friendly, personable guys who take the time to explain repairs and possible solutions. I've had other work done there before and never had a problem. They called me when the part I supplied was incorrect and asked before proceeding to correct the issue. Will return for future repairs.
