I just wanted an oil change with oil filter and add my own oil additive from Autozone. Mike blow me off, stating that no one wants to do oil changes and he doesn't have time to mess with an oil change. I offered that he could do it anytime he wasn't busy and whenever he could get to it. He still blew me off. If I ever needed work done, I would not bring it here. He lost all my future business and I will not refer anyone to him.
Mike does great work and is up to date on his knowledge of autos from the past to the present,
Awesome place Mike & Jeff fixed my air-conditioning. Savannah Tire wanted $2700.00 I had Automedics do the exact same job with a 2 year warranty for $1200.00 and they had me up and running the same day.
Mechanics like Mike are hard to find. I have had two of my cars serviced by him and the result is excellent. Most recently I needed to replace my timing belts on a 2003 Chrysler Sebring with 130K+ miles (which if you about these type of cars, its really hard to get to the belts and after 100k they start to fall apart). Unlike most repair shops, first he actually took the time to educate me on my vehicle and how to maintain it better.
