Last week I was traveling for work and my car had an engine light come on in Garner, NC. I had work done on my car in March of this year and luckly had a warranty. In calling the company they recommended AutoMedics which thankfully was right across the street from the hotel. Aaron was gracious enough to fit me and they determined it was the alternator, which had just been replaced. Aaron was able to call the company about the warranty and get the new alternator covered. It's easy to give a good review after things go well. It's tougher to get a good review after things don't go well. Good customer service and covered my tow to the dealership when they couldn't help me.
Quick and easy car inspection. Everyone was very courteous.
