Brought my 2012 Infiniti G37 to this place 6 different times. Diagnosed different issues each time until the final time where I requested them to take a look at the transmission. Brad did not complete the service I requested which resulted in them having my vehicle for 5 days with absolutely nothing done. On day 5, it was brought to my attention that they could not duplicate the issues I was experiencing. Out of the 6 times ive brought my vehicle to this place, only once was it diagnosed correctly.
